ที่นี่ เราก็ใช้ syslog ส่งไป logserver ของ nectec ครับ อ้อ opentle นี่ก็ใช้ syslog ครับ 

ส่วน ng นั้น เห็นน้องๆ บอกว่าเป็นของใหม่ linux ตัวใหม่ๆ ก็จะขยับไปใช้ แต่ก็ยังไม่มีใครบอกว่าต่างกันตรงไหนอย่างไรหนะครับ ก็เลยยังไม่มีใครลอง

ถ้าจะลอง ก็แนะนำให้ search ว่า set อย่างไรกับ fc7 (555) หรือ debian 4 (6) ดูครับ :)

 aptitude search syslog

หรือลอง aptitude search syslog-ng

ลองดูนะครับ

พอดีใช้ ut 804 มันมี ไม่แน่ใจ sis6 มีหรือไม่ (พอดีอยู่ในห้องประชุม ก็เลยลองกับเครื่องตัวเองครับ)

ใน 804 ไม่ได้ใช้ syslog-ng เหมือนกัน แต่ใช้ sysklogd ครับ เพียงแต่มี syslog-ng ไว้ให้ครับ

คือ ผมแปลตามที่คุณตัดแปะมาหนะครับ

ส่วน file นี้ คิดว่าเป็น file package list หนะครับ คือ เป็น file ที่บอกว่า มี package  อะไรใน server บ้าง

เพราะ apt ต้องเอา list ที่ในเครื่อง server นั้นๆ มาเทียบกับ list ที่อยู่ในเครื่องเรา จะได้บอกได้ว่า มีอะไรใหม่กว่า เก่ากว่า หรือมีอะไรที่มีใน server แต่เราไม่ได้ติดตั้ง ... ประมาณนี้หนะครับ :)
